I know I tell you this all the time but honestly, I cannot thank you enough for the opportunity to own Ty. I was so worried about having a crazy dog after having such a sweet one and Ty has exceeded all my hopes. The other night I took him Christmas shopping in Orangeville and we went to Canadian Tire and Best Buy and he was amazing!!! He just wanders around with me, never leaving my side and then sits whenever anyone wants to pat him. While I look things over he lays down in the isle...so adorable!!! I love him so much!!! In a few years I would like to get another one. Right now my oldest dog Zoey seems to like things pretty quiet. We are lucky to get visits almost weekly from either Summer or Quinn so that keeps Ty pretty busy but Zoey is quite tired afterwards. Thanks you again, I would recommend you to absolutely anybody looking for an amazing lab. 🙂 xo

Duke came home to me in May of 2014, he was a beautiful little dude with a personality so perfectly matched to mine. He has since grown into the most handsome "man" with a heart of gold, a propensity to cuddle and a naivety that makes everyone fall in love with him. He is complemented daily for his looks and everyone is bewildered by his mild mannered ways at only 2 years old. While he has a unique fear of all things with wheels, sticks by my side when little humans are around and can sniff out food like no other- all those things make him into the most unique and well loved addition to our family. Thank you Chelsey for everything you do!

I think my baby is about to be born>>>>from Hemi and Diesels litter. I wanted a sporty type dog but also a cuddler, Chelsey (breeder) suggested a mix of English lab and American lab. Before I ordered my puppy I asked my Vet about this and he agreed with Chelsey, get the combination of English and American. I was very impressed to learn that the Engine Powered Labs are known by my vet and he said I won't be disappointed. It took a lot of searching for a passionate and knowledgeable breeder and I am so excited to get my pup. This dog will be SPOILED. Can't wait!

Almost a puppy mom!
I have been re-habbed by these dogs. I have spent a lifetime being terrified of dogs and animals in general. When I met 'the chocolate gang' I was surprised and soon found myself hugging them and next...I ordered a pup for protection. Truth be known, the dog sleeps in my bed, and she goes everywhere with me! House training was too easy to believe. The only fault I would comment on is I don't think she has any potential to be a guard dog...nope, not her....I will have to protect her! Not a mean bone in her body and she could be the president of any social club...she LOVES kids. I want another dog very soon. Hate to say it, but Chelseys labs are cuter than any human child I have seen! Thanks Chelsey for letting me adopt a furry child - I am doing agility with my puppy and will be visiting retirement homes with her to spread the joy.

"We had him [puppy] at our vet's on Thursday and he wowed all of the vets and vet techs with his cuteness charms. He is growing so much! He sleeps a lot and plays really well when he is awake. He seems very at home with us, and loves all the toys and love he is getting. He is having lots of fun chasing our kids around in particular. We love him very much, and he is a fabulous addition to our family, and perfectly fills the dog-sized hole in our lives. I have a 13 year old dog, Abby, who normally doesn't get along with other dogs, being as she is just too old to keep up with them as many dogs get excited and hyper when they see another dog. Chelsey's dogs Diesel, Hemi and Cali are the only dogs Abby gets along with. They are GREAT when they come visit Abby. It's almost as if they "know" Abby is old and slow so they are very gental with her. The temperments of Chelsey's "kids" are amazing! labs are the easiest to train of all the breeds and the perfect choice for someone who is inexperienced with dogs. They are not agressive and always seem so cheerful, they just like to meet everyone and everything. They love people and they love water! Thats why I met the engine powered lab crew, I was told the breeder really knew her stuff and is completely committed to promoting the excellence of the breed. I have had ongoing training support and advice from Chelsey and appreciate her patience. I am reserving a puppy from the 2014 litter because I think I am hooked on labs now. Be prepared to fall in love. I would like to thank Chelsey, and her chocolates for introducing me to my baby, Sylas. He is such a fantastic dog; He is very well behaved, and amazing with kids. Sylas is a Dudley, and we get so many comments on his unique colouring. He is very smart and has already learnt a few tricks, and he¡¦s not even five months old yet! He loves to go out and play and swim (typical Labrador) but is very content to lie down for a calm night in, also thinking that he is a lap dog. He has had no problems, even having the vet comment on how great his skin is, and how well he is growing, finding no problems. I feel very comfortable knowing that you went to school for Animal Biology and genetics, and that you care so much about dogs. Because they¡¦re not only dogs, they are family. We adopted our male Chocolate over two years ago and couldn't be happier! He is the most loveable, intelligent, calm and adoring pup we could have found.
